something extravagant
The tour begins with rapper Lil' Wayne's fabulous New Orleans digs. The first thing we see is his ultra-posh living room complete with a long, white, stretch sectional sofa reminiscent of gangsta Tony Montana's in Scarface. His model car collection adds a whimsical touch to the pristine space. If you're looking for somewhere to crash in New Orleans, you should definitely check out Lil Wayne's guestroom. With satin sheets on the bed and pictures of Lil' Wayne himself on the mirror, you're sure to be comfy. Lil' Wayne's five-year-old daughter Reginae also has a nice space in the house. Her room is decorated in the oh-so-cute Dora the Explorer theme. When Lil' Wayne really wants to get away, he heads off to his "Kick It" room. Purple lighting and a picture of Bob Marley set the cool, laid-back mood for the room. Decadence is the word to describe Lil' Wayne's bedroom. Again, the bed is wrapped in satin sheets, and an impressive collection of bling drips from the sides of the nightstand. After taking us around his abode, Lil' Wayne leads us outside to show us his rides: his amazing Austin Powers "Shaguar" and his big-body Escalade truck.

something large
This article is about the advanced research on black holes. Astronomers are trying to figure out more information on them. Scientists can try to simulate a trip inside with the help of equations in Albert Einstein's general theory of relativity, which make predictions about black hole behavior.
Many people think you would be engulfed in darkness when you fall in, but that is a common misconception, Hamilton points out. The view of the outside universe would become distorted, but would not disappear.
Once you pass the horizon you would be falling faster than the speed of light toward the black hole's center -- called a singularity -- and feeling the effects, Hamilton said.
"The gravity at your feet is stronger than the gravity at your head, as long as you fall in feet first. ... You feel this difference in gravity between your feet and your head as a tidal force, which pulls you apart vertically in a process called 'spaghettification,' "
"At the same time as you are pulled apart vertically, you are crushed in the horizontal direction, like a rubber band being pulled. So if you would like to be taller and thinner, then one way to achieve that is to fall into a black hole."

Divorce by Text Message
The article is about the first man in Saudi Arabia to divorce his wife, over a text message.
He was in Iraq for a business trip of some sort, and decided to divorce his wife, so he sent her a text message saying "you are not my spouse anymore". Legally, in Saudi Arabia, you can divorce your spouse by saying "i divorce you" three times.

earth day
As you all know, today is Earth Day. In the picture above, you can see that the earth is calling mankind stupid. That is an opinion that i'm sure millions of people would agree with, even though they're calling themselves stupid. The whole point of Earth Day is to make recycling & keeping earth clean an awareness. So yeah, happy earth day :)

something strange
Dirk Pratt last saw his daughter, Francesca, 27 years ago, when her mother took the then toddler on what was supposed to be a quick trip to Ecuador. Pratt said he was told shortly following their departure that Francesca had died after being bit by a mosquito. Francesca was told her father had died in a diving accident but she was never convinced.

something old
When I got old enough to work, a dollar a day was big money. At one time, after I was married, I got paid a silver dollar for a day's work that I did. I was showing it to my wife Emma and dropped it on the porch. There was a crack in the porch and it went through underneath, so we tore the whole porch down to get to that dollar. That's how rough things got. Seemed everybody was poor. I think there was one telephone in town. Two or three people had cars; everybody else gets horses, buggies, and wagons as their transportation, or you walked.
We worked eight, nine hours most of the time. We'd get big money, lot bigger than we'd get here at home, on the farms, which you'd get three-fifty a day."
